Quinlan Medical Management is a medical case management company that was started to provide service targeted to the insurance industry's needs in resolving challenging cases in workers' compensation. Our speciality is mitigating costs for workers' compensation cases and achieving return-to-work status as quickly as possible.

We were founded in 2004 by Patricia Quinlan, RN, BS, CCM, CDMS, who has been working in the industry for over forty years. Originally, founded in Florida, we have since grown to cover over a dozen states and work with over one hundred nurse case managers. While the growth for Quinlan Medical Management has been significant over the last sixteen years, this has not been accomplised at the expense of quality. We strive to meet the needs of our clients, injured workers, and all other parties involved, while maintaing the utmost standards. Our philosphy is to meet the client's needs by responding to stated service requests in a timely and cost effective manner.

Patricia Quinlan

Patricia Quinlan is the founder and owner of Quinlan Medical Management and has been in the nursing industry for over forty years.

She started in 1979 as a case manager for catastrophic cases. Later in 1983 she worked for a managed care company, helping to open one of their first offices. She then briefly moved to New York City before coming back to Florida to pick her career back up within the same company. She became an account manager and was seen as a leader over the next few years. After moving on from that company in 1998, she became Branch Manager of Healthcare Services at another company. She directed planning to meet client requirements, helped establish protocols to facilitate cost effective compliance for clients, and projecting compensation and expenses of all types for the office revenue which she had grown to two million dollars per year. She used her skills to not just meet the needs of her clients, but her staff as well, thereby ensuring productivity.

She left that company in 2003 to start her own business, Quinlan Medical Management, which was officialy founded in 2004. She founded the company to provide disability management for insurance carriers, TPAs, and employers throughout the state with the goal of facilitating optimal case resolution. Under her direction, the company quickly grew and spread outside the state and is now present in seventeen states.

Today, Patricia is maintaing and growing Quinlan Medical Management. It's main office is Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with a satellite office in Alabama. The company has received numerous awards and commendations, and is looking towards a bigger future with even more growth.
